Creative Courage Chat Nikki Igbo

This chat goes taps into a key element of creativity, problem-solving. It is with Nikki Igbo. She is the features editor at Radiant Health Magazine. Creativity is also problem-solving, so we discussed the current unrest we are going through at the moment. But to solve problems you need “Good Data”. Nikki provided some. We talked a lot about education and making an effort to be informed. She provides resources to help further any research you would like to do. Below is what she sent in her words:

For anyone who truly wants to educate themselves on racism, its legacy, and what can be done to move closer to an America (and a world) without racism, there is a wealth of information and knowledge readily available. Below you’ll find links to some of my favorite personally-penned Black History Month posts as well as quotes of the Black creatives mentioned during our discussion. You’ll also find information about the Anti-racism educator (and her video) I referenced. I’ve included information on Tierra Bomba and the Charrua people of Uruguay. Finally, I’ve included links to the National Museum of African-American history and culture and other online destinations offering tons of resources.
